Maida Services includes a home Wood Destroying Insect Inspection (WDI or pest inspection) with every building inspection service, a $200.00 value.

Why does Maida Services include a WDI inspection when most other home inspectors omit unless the client requests it and pays an additional fee?

Because they are hoping to avoid mistakes and law suits.

​

Maida Services stands by our quality and our inspections for full disclosure of property conditions. We are more concerned with your long-term management of the property.

Multifamily Home:

Add typically $25 for each additional unit inspected to price above. Adjustable depending on client requirements.

​

Pre-Offer Consultation:

Pricing between $200 - $400 depending on size and age factors.

​

Testing Services:

Radon air test: $85

Does not include canister pickup. Maida Services is more than happy to pickup the radon test canisters and deliver them to the laboratory for an additional travel fee of $150.00

Comprehensive Water Test: $220.00

Costs includes travel to the laboratory.

Maida Services reserves the right to adjust, alter or modify any and all parts of inspection pricing based on the age of the home, availability, distance, outbuildings, access or other factors. Please call for specific pricing information.

Due to the complexities and variations of commercial property inspections, please call us to discuss your specific inspection needs.
